Chris is currently developing speculative industrial buildings in Berkeley County where he is responsible for site acquisition, entitlement, coordination of civil and structural engineering plans, debt and equity placement and marketing. Prior to founding Koepenick Commercial Properties, Chris began his career in 2002 as an Commercial Real Estate broker where he successfully negotiated hundreds of lease and sales transactions. In 2007 he earned his CCIM designation which stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. Designees of this title are in the top five percent of all commercial brokers in the country. Chris will be pursuing the Development Specialty Track offered by the CCIM Institute beginning in 2019.
